2. This made mCy dad my son-in-law and changed my very life, G
my daughter was my mother, cause sheG7 was my father's wife. C
To complicate the matter, even tC7hough it brought meDm joy,
I sooDn became the father of aD7 bouncing baby boGy. G7
3. My littlCe baby then became a brother-in-law to DaGd,
and so became my uncle, though iG7t made me very sad. C
For if he was my uncle, thatC7 also made him Dmbrother
of the widowD's grown-up daughter, who, oD7f course, was my stepmotheGr. G7
4. My fathCer's wife then had a son who kept him on the run, G
and he became my grandchild, for hG7e was my daughter's son. C
My wife is now my mother's motheC7r, and it makes me blue,Dm
becauseD she is my wife, she's mD7y grandmother, too. G G7
5. Now if my Cwife is my grandmother, then I'm her grandchild,G
and everytime I think of it,G7 it nearly drivesC me wild.
