Thats when the fourth string is tuned down to C and the other strings are tuned one whole step down. Shavo himself said that all System songs are played in Drop C so if anyone else tells you differently they're wrong. I'm pretty sure that this song is 100 percent correct. A lot of other tabs get the verse and intro right but screw up the chorus and guitar solo. This one is perfect. Enjoy.
