This song was only ever preformed once before John Denver passed away. It is allegedly
one of the most difficult songs he ever wrote and he ended up making some of the lyrics
up on the spot (hence the repetitiveness on the last verses). I personally think its one
of his best and I hope others will appreciate this long forgotten song as much as I do.
"Will I ever write this damn song?" ~ John Denver

Let the mountains Gtalk, let the river Crun
There's a wisdom Ghere, there is much to Clearn
There's much to Amknow, F much to G7underCstand
In this healing Gtime G7 all across the Cland
You have heard my Gsongs, for so many Cyears
You have laughed with Gme, washed away my Ctears
You have shared my Amjoy, F you have G7felt my Cpain
In this healing Gtime, G7 walk with me Cagain
Through these darker Amdays F on this G7narrow Cline
Help me find my Amway, F help me G7see the Csigns
I am not Amafraid, F I am G7not aClone
You have taught me Gwell, G7 you have brought me Chome
Let the mountain Gspeak, let the rivers Crun
As the world aGwakes to the rising Csun
In each brand new Amday, F in our G7own reCbirth
In this healing Gtime G7 on our mother Cearth
Let the mountains Amtalk, F let the G7rivers Crun
There is wisdom Amhere, F there's so G7much to Clearn
In each brand new Amday, F in our G7own reCbirth
In this healing Gtime G7 for our mother Cearth
In each brand new Amday, F in our G7own reCbirth
In this healing Gtime, G7 here on mother Cearth
