The numbers are they're correct fret so you don't have to be reading and then remembering that 5 would actually mean on the 7th fret because of the Capo. So just play it how it is.. At the Tremelo picking part, the '0' is actually the 2nd fret because of the Capo... But that's the only thing the Capo effects.. the rest you can just play without worrying about it. If you want the Capo effected tab then HMU but for now, I think this is easier.
