It is sung by Roger McGuinn, Tom Petty, Neil Young, Eric Clapton, Bob Dylan himself and George Harrison (at that order). I compiled this TAB version using lyrics I took from the two CRD versions that appeared in OLGA (credits go to tash@warp.atcon.com (Tony Ash) and macon@gallifry.Berkeley.EDU (Glen Macon) ), and I tabbed Clapton's solo myself.
