Oleander is an American post-grunge band from Sacramento, California, formed in 1995. They gained popularity in the late 1990s and early 2000s with their hit single "Why I'm Here," which received significant radio play and was featured on the TV show Dawson's Creek. Their major label debut album, February Son (1999), showcased their melodic yet heavy rock sound. The band released several albums, went on hiatus in the mid-2000s, and later reunited. Their style is often compared to bands like Creed and Fuel.
