Strumming
Capo: 1
Tuning:
This song shouldn't be too hard. :) I have slowly been getting addicted to it.
To be honest, The verses sound much more like a chorus, and vice versa. But I'm pretty sure everything is
labelled correctly.
Key is D# Mixolydian, sometimes going to D# Major. Capo on 1. All chords relative to capo, transcribe the
whole tab one fret up for the true chords.
[Intro]
D
[Verse 1]
DI've never been Amalone
Long enough to Gknow
If I ever was a Dchild
DI was tied up like a Amboat
On a button like a Gcoat
Set free for a Dwhile
[Chorus]
I'd Emjump to jolt my clumsy Gmblood
While my Dwhite, green Aeyes
[Verse 2]
DCry like a window Ampane
Can my cold heart Gchange
Even out of Dspite?
[Solo]
D Am G D
[Chorus]
I Emsaw behind my Gmbrain a haunted Dstain
It never Afades
I Emhunt for the kind of Gmpain I can Atake
[Verse 3]
And I Dcry like a window Ampane
Can my cold heart Gchange
Over Dnight?
So DI won't ever want to Amtouch
Your heart too Gmuch
Or hold you too Dtight
[Chorus]
I Emsaw behind my Gmbrain a haunted Dstain
I'll neverA fade
I Emhunt for the kind of Gmpain I can Atake
[Coda]
DI never was Amalone
Long enough to Gknow
If I ever was a Dchild
