Personally, I think it sounds closer to the original with the Capo on the 3rd fret. On the verses it sounds good to hammer on 2 and 4 on the high e string between the E & Asus2 chords. I've indicated this in the chord chart. Also, the best way to play the G#m7 & F#m7 chords is to bend your ring finger to cover the B G D strings and your middle finger to play the bass note.
