OK, I know this isn't a faithful exact copy of the song,
but if you are playing on an acoustic, on your own,
this is a simplistic, pared down version that's quite soothing
   to play.
As always any mistakes are mine, if you see any howlers
let me know and I'll sort it.
If you like it RATE IT
                                          - flatwound -
For this riff, just put your fingers in the Am position
then use your pinkie finger in the E string 3rd fret,
then you can drag strum or pick with your index finger,
while your thumb picks the bass notes on the E and A strings
                          BUZZ FLEDDERJOHN

I stood on the roof, of Stuart's old dodge
To get a better look at the Fledderjohn's lodge
Bait shop, Pistols and ammo too
Nothing but books about World War Two
  Rottweiler, Doberman, Pinkerton guard
  I ain't allowed in Buzz Fledderjohn's yard
  I ain't allowed, No, I ain't allowed
  I ain't allowed in Buzz Fledderjohn's yard
I seen a python swallow a doberman whole
Piranha swimming in a mixing bowl
Papers full of stabbings, The sky is full of crows
She's singing in Italian, While she's hanging out her clothes
Carp in the bathtub, And it's raining real hard
  I ain't allowed in Buzz Fledderjohn's yard
  I ain't allowed, No, I ain't allowed
  I ain't allowed in Buzz Fledderjohn's yard
Well a sailor's ringing doorbells, Sinners in the pew
The weather vane is squeaking to the west
I seen the cliffs of Dover and the deepest ocean blue
The one thing in the world I can recommend to you
  'Cause I ain't allowed, No, I ain't allowed
No, I ain't allowed, In Buzz Fledderjohn's yard
