	Tuning: E A D G B E
Another old Waits tune I couldn't find on here, so
   worked out a simple version.
This is for the version on "Foreign Affairs" album.
The Am chord at the start of each the third
line is really just a step up from G to C.
 Play It Like This
		  A|--G--0-2-C3--|
  E|--3--------|
Where there is a C Chord Followed by an Am,
you can always stick a C/B in there.
C/B = X20010, Should the mood take you.
INTRO: Is Played To The Air Of "Auld Lang Syne"

Mr. Waits is giving us a subtle lesson in how to take one song and
  turn it into another.
