Rythm is fairly easy, listen to studio album for pattern. A few notes: On the chorus c->bm->am, just start
in C(or Cadd9) and just walk the bass note down to A...the Bm is just a passing form of the C with a B
note in the bass(coiuld even use C/B). There are other occurrences of this, like G->F#m->Em, which are the
same, just walk the bass note down for the middle chord. In other words, don't play the middle chord
(Bm or F#m, just alter the bass note from the previous chord as you walk it down). See the chord shape
listed below, they should make it clear what's happening.
