(this sequence repeats twice)
this is as close as one can get by:
listening to the original song
listening to the first and only 3 takes (you can find them here: youtu.be/Cj-w0641nbY?si=l4ijix7A8ebWp8oX )
yes, the song actually ends on a D major chord as opposed to the single A bass note that was left in becuase
of a tape splicing technique (the song was actually meant to be placed in between Mean Mr. Mustard and
Polythene Pam. in the end, that never happened and was left in the very end of the album because of...things..
this song is played similarly to Blackbird, Mother Nature's Son, Junk, Goodbye...in that he does a finger
plucking/strumming style. McCartney uses this thumb to play the bass notes, and the index (and only the index)
to pick and strum the G,B,e strings.
I recommend listen and play along the song to get a feel of when to pluck or strum as sometimes he strums only
1 string as opposed to plucking.
this is my second ever tab sumbission so don't hesitate to leave any commments (I could use help on naming
some of the chords I left blank)
*this is also a single verse song as it only lasts 25 seconds
