Capo: 1 Tuning:
Part three of Brian's beautiful suite at the end of That's Why God Made the Radio. Really short song, but it carries a lot of weight. Conveniently, the capo can be put on the same fret as "From There to Back Again"! I struggled to name the parts of the song because it doesn't repeat, but at the end of the "chorus" there is a key change into "verse 2" down from D to C. In the pre-chorus I have that last chord written as Bm/G rather than Gmaj7 because the important thing about that portion of the song is the descending bassline, and it really comes through with this shape on guitar. You can use a straight Gmaj7 but it doesn't sound as good to me. I use my thumb for the bass only on Bm/G. Capo 1 Intro D Verse 1
