This song is tuned a whole step down. He plays the B7 how I show below but you can either mute the last string, play it open, use the second fret, or just don't strum it at all. Pretty sure he's not using the last string though. Anyway if you don't want to tune down a whole step, the best alternative I've found is to transpose the tab 7 half-steps down and put capo on 5 (song is in key of F) or however you see fit. Enjoy.
