Capo: 1
Tuning: E A D G B E
TIME/Alan Parsons
Notes:
This is a stylized version, you can play the "easy" version of some of these chords, but these give the
flavour of the keyboard chords.
Play the Dmaj with your 3rd, 4th and 5th fingers, then you just lay down the 1st finger on the B root for
the Bm7. To get the Dsus4 just lay your pinkie down sideways a bit. The E7G# is a stretch, grab for the
common E7 with the open D and lay the pinkie last on the 4th fret of low E and it will come to you.
It's the chord everyone is missing, it's definitely there [listen to the bass on the original] and it's the
leading chord tension you need before resolving to the Amaj in the 2nd half of the verse.
Don't forget the Amaj hit leading into the 3rd verse.
