For the F#, I recommend playing the triad only. When you're playing the F# triad- it's best to mute the first string. Also, play the G# note on the first string, fourth fret when playing the Amaj7. The E7 is also played using the same G# note as the Amaj7. However, you don't always have to make this change. If you notice any mistakes, feel free to make corrections.
