Status Quo - A reason for living

^FI felt in need of some loving so I ^Csat down on a wall I tried to find a reason for living, but I ^Fcouldn't find a reason at all So I ^Bbowned up to my maker and I ^Fstarted to say a prayer I ^Cwaited for an answer but there ^Fwasn't anybody there ^{C Bb F}

^FI thought there should have been someone, but I ^Cwasn't quite sure who It finished me to find there was no-one that I could ^Ftake my troubles to So I ^Bbknelt down by my bedside and I ^Fstarted to say a prayer It was ^Cwhen I asked for nothing I could ^Ffeel that there was somebody there

^FI'm looking still, but it's easy 'cos I ^Cknow which way to go It doesn't matter how long it takes me 'cos there's ^Fsomeone there to help me who knows All the ^Bbthings that I am after, all the ^Floving that I want to share It's ^Cso hard but I don't mind 'cos there ^Freally is someone there
