The acoustic version derived from some morning show + my interpretation. Richard Steel's intro riff: e|---------------------------------------------------------------------------| B|-13-----13-----------------------------------------------------------------| G|-12h14--12-----12h14------------------------5h7-5~~~~~---------------------| D|---------------12--------------------5s7-5---------------------------------| A|---------------------------------------------------------------------------| E|---------------------------------------------------------------------------| e|---------------------------------------------------------------------------| B|-13-----13-----------------------------------------------------------------| G|-12h14--12-----12h14-------------------------------------------------------| D|---------------12--------------------14h15--14-----10----------------------| A|-------------------------------------12------------------------------------| E|---------------------------------------------------------------------------| Antony Langdon's rhythm part: (F is an Fmaj7: xx3210)
FI can't decCide why Fall of my Cconfidence Is Fleft high andC dry all Fover a-Cnd out The Ftruth should be Cknown for Fall of it'sC consequence FHangs in the Cbalance and Fshadows m-Cy doubt
My interpretation of the transition riff: e|---------------------------------------------------------------| B|---------------------------------------------------------------| G|-9-----7-----5-------------4-----------------------------------| D|-10----9-----7-------------5-----------------------------------| A|---------------------------------------------------------------| E|---------------------------------------------------------------| And right back into the rythm chorus:
There's Fonly a Cfew like you F C There's Fonly one CI to comFpromisCe There's Fonly a Cfew who dFo C And Fbig boys Cdon't cry F C
Then intro riff again ("Ooo sha-la-la-la") Second Verse Second Chorus - Intro riff "And she loooooooved me" Verse one last time "and when I get there, I will find you" fin A great hog song. If you've ever wanted to play and sing this solo, I think this is the most cohesive arrangement and can stand alone. Of course Richard is doing some cool shit the whole time, but I just play the main riff and then switch to simple chords for the verse and chorus.
