No Anthems Chords By Sleater-Kinney Tabbed by Lance Justice Key of Dm The guitar should be tuned down one half-step for this version. If you wish not to change tunings, you can simply transpose the song down one half-step (-1) and play in the key of C#m. Ideally, Dm and Am should be barred on the 5th fret, while C and G should be barred on the 3rd. If A is played on the 5th fret, Bb must be played on the 6th. If A is open, Bb must be pled on the 1st fret. Carries Brownstein uses one riff to transition within the verses that goes |-3-3-3--6-5-3--|. I tend to play it on the high E-string, though I believe she varies that much more. That's all I could ID of tab. Another way of transitioning following a Gm section is to quickly play Bb Am Gm or Bbm Am Gm. (This Bb must be played on the 6th fret.) The same principle works following Dm by playing F Em Dm or Fm Em Dm. Unless you are playing the entire song with primarily open chords, F/Fm should be played on the 8th fret and Em on the 7th fret. G5addC#: 3x563x or x5563x or xx563x. This chord is optional; it's just an accent achieved by placing your pinky on the 6th fret of the G-string.
