Here's my take on "Wet Sand". Be careful about tempo because often the singing is fast
the strumming is slow. Remember to play it as you feel fight and don't fall back on the

Sometimes you can play a C rather than Bm in the verses just to add a little variation.
not sure about the G#m but it's the closest chord I've found to what Frusciante plays.
