This is actually a fairly easy song to play once you’ve figured out where to put your capo - 4th fret. I can’t sing in the register that Karen does, but at least using the capo I can transpose it to some key that I can handle. Below are the chord forms as if the song were played without a capo – but to be able to play it just as OTR does – capo at the 4th fret.
