Really, really fast. 2) The ska part works just as well with downstrokes as upstrokes, but upstrokes are more ska-ish, plus they give you a warm fuzzy feeling that you're playing the song just right. 3) Some of these chords may look funny or be in weird places, but that's just how the song goes. 4) This is a very disorganized tab/chord sheet.
