Although there are other Mercy bass tabs on UG, i haven't found many that were 100% accurate
like im pretty sure this one is (please tell me if you don't think it is xD)
as i spent about 2 hours listening to the song with
skull candy headphones with 'bass boost' active on my phone.
I made this because personally i find it much easier to do octaves in standard tuning than it
is in drop-D tuning.
I'm pretty sure this song is played in drop-D tuning, however, using standard tuning
only makes it so that you don't play 1 note but allows you to do octaves on the E-string easier.
To get the crisp synth sound i use the DigiTech Bass Synth Wah with the settings:
Sens- 7oclock make sure this is at the minimum so no 'wah' sound plays
(adjust this to make it so that notes play the 'wah' sound)
Control- 7oclock make sure this is at the minimum so no delay happens
(adjust this to change the amount of time you want before the 'wah' sound takes place)
Range- 12oclock
(adjust this to change what pitch the 'wah' starts at)
