Muppets - Rainbow connection

For some reason, many of the available versions get the chords wrong in the transition (e.g., "someday we'll
find it, the rainbow connection..."), returning to the root rather than correctly going up to the
secondary dominant (e.g., in the key of C, the secondary dominant is A7). This version corrects that, and
adds the key change after the bridge, though for ease of playing it goes up a whole step rather than
the original half step.
