Lambhodhara Lakumikara - Bilahari Ragam - Carnatic (South Indian Music) This is a South Indian Carnatic song, it's a classic. It is often sung during tradition concerts, but I was able to convert the vocals into guitar notes so that other people can play it on guitar, not just myself. It sounds pretty accurate, and has the exact notes that you would play if you were to sing it. The song should be played moderately fast, but if you'd like to, you may variate tempos to get a different feel. Also, please keep in mind that this is my first tab, and I'd be happy to take constructive critiscism. :) (scroll down for the tab) Here's the scale for this song: [Scale] e|------------2-3| b|----0-1-3-4----| g|0-1------------| d|---------------| a|---------------| e|---------------| The first scale degree is called "sa", the second "ri", the third "ga", the fourth "ma", the fifth "pa", the sixth "da", seventh "ni", and the eighth is called "sa2", and it uses the same words for the next octaves. So, in this scale, sa - 3rd string G ri - 3rd string G#/Ab ga - 2nd string B ma - 2nd string C pa - 2nd string D da - 2nd string D#/Eb ni - 1st string F#/Eb sa2 - 1st string G [Verse 1] e|--------------------| b|----1---0-----0-----| g|0-1------1-0-1-1-0--| d|--------------------| a|--------------------| e|--------------------| [Verse 2] e|------------------------| b|---1-3-4-1-3-4-3-1-0----| g|--1------------------1-0| d|------------------------| a|------------------------| e|------------------------| [Verse 3] e|------3--3-4--4-3--------------------------------| b|1-3-4-------------4-3-1-3---1-3-4-1-3-4-3-1-0----| g|--------------------------1-------------------1-0| d|-------------------------------------------------| a|-------------------------------------------------| e|-------------------------------------------------| Repeat as many times as you'd like to play it. Alternate tempos for a different feel.
