This how to change strings on your guitar: The tunning is below so you know what to tune your guitar to after wards|/
Tuning: Standard (E A D G B E)
Ok this is just a lesson on how to change strings on a guitar in some easy steps. I'm sure it's more complicated with a locking nut or a floyd rose bridge so this is just with a regular nut and either a strat style or tune-o-matic bridge.
1. Take off your current strings by loosening and pulling the strings out of the tuning pegs and then pulling them through the bridge.
2. Put the new strings through the bridge (the back plate if you have a strat style bridge and straight through the bridge if you have a tune-o-matic) if you have a tune-o-matic bridge your saddle and string holder can come off so if the do make sure you put them back on correctly.
3. Bring the string to the tuning pegs wrap it around once and then stick it through the hole and have it go over itself and then turn your tuning pegs until it's in tune.
4. Repeat steps 2 and 3 until all of your strings are one.
5. Tune and stretch your strings.
and then you're done.
NOTE: DON'T EVER TAKE ALL YOUR STRINGS OFF AT ONCE IT REALEASES THE TENSION IN THE GUITARS NECK AND CAN BREAK!!!!!
Also if your string hasn't actually snapped dont get rid off them keep them incase your new string breaks in a gig so you've got a spare.
