The Am chord is played by pressing the g, b and higher e strings with the index finger,
whilst the pinky
and ring press the a and d strings. The lower e string is not played.
At the beginning of the "Who where and why, what and then" verse, Micah stops playing
bar chords
and begins playing the following ones instead:
