There is a lot of palm muting needed in this song, especially on the main riff it really makes the bass line "come alive". I have done a little different kind of approach to marking the palm-muted notes, just to make it a bit easier to read. So those x marks mean that the notes marked "beneath" them are muted. I think it just makes it easier to separate the muted notes from the non-muted notes. Overall it's a pretty straight-forward song, great for beginners to learn the right palm muting technique.
