Title: Uptown Girl
Artist: Me First And The Gimme Gimmes
Transcribed by: Alan Good
Anyone who'se Irish or British probably hates this song, due to the terrible Westlife
version of it that was played endlessly on the radio a few years back. However this version
by a little-known band called Me First And The Gimme Gimmes is actually pretty cool. It's done
in a sort of punk-ska style, so turn up the distortion on your guitar! You can find
song easily on the net, although a lot of the files are mis-named and
say that it is done by Weezer (gotta agree, his voice sounds very
similar to Rivers Cuomo) Anyway, here's how i play it, enjoy
Standard Tuning (EBGDAE)
