The song is really simple and follows the same chords throughout. The first half is really a Gmaj7 without the third where Nick changes the rootnote to an E and than an F#. The second half is just the same root notes as power chords (kinda, instead of playing the fifth of F#, C#, Nick plays a D making it an D major 1st inversion). In the second half the rhytm is a little different. The D major comes in on the and of two. Listen to the song to better work out the rythm.
