I mean Wes didnt use that many effects on three dollar bill yall but he used lots of effects on Significant Other. This is more of melodic playing album and will take time to perfect. Theres not much to say about this one, so Ill start with my normal ***. Also on this album Wes does not use a 7 string so you do not need that added high C# and also he uses the whammy bar. Chocolate Starfish has 2 different tunings: One is Wess normal tuning of (C# F# B E G# C#) well call this standard Wes tuning. The other one is for his Nookie guitar. Which has and A bass string for a low E and the standard other 3 strings for a guitar tuned 1 and steps. So the tuning for this guitar is (F# F# B E) you just need to tune your low E down to F# and it works perfectly and well call this the Nookie tuning. Effects Need: - Heavy Ass Dist., Q-Tron Envelope Follower, Flanger, Echo, Digital Delay.
