I learned this on banjo first so if it doesn't sound quite right please leave a
comment or correction. I use my thumb to play the hammer-on's and my index finger
for the strumming.

Then right back into Part I.
She puts some spins on the song depending on what version you listen to. This is, for the
most part, the studio version. I hope I have been helpful.
**************************************************************************************************************
Banjo version, I'm assuming you have a five string banjo.
This is the first grouping of the song. Pretty much if you know how to play this than you can
play the whole song. This isn't a song that requires finger picks and is probbaly more difficult to play
that way. Personally, I just pick and strum with my thumb and index finger. A normal guitar pick will work
as well.
[Verse]
D|----00-----00-----00---00-|
B|----11-----11-0h1-11---11-|
G|----22-0h2-22-----22---22-|

D|--2222---2222---2222---2222-|
G|0-xxxx-0-xxxx-0-xxxx-0-xxxx-|

Then she plays chords during the break down and pre-chorus. Which are:
D|C2 G(open)0 F0
B|1 0 1
G|0 0 2
D|2 0 3
G|x x x
Sometime during the G chord she will play open G like this:
D|G3
B|0
G|0
D|0
G|x
