I think this is right... feel free to comment any possible corrections. I kind of combined some info from each of the previously posted versions to make this one. For the outro, you can strike the open e while fretting F#m9 before you switch to the C#m9 chord to simulate the melody he creates OR you can strum a Dm9 chord before the C#m9. It's all preference, but bear in mind that it's really weird sounding either way by virtue of the song.
