Almost Saturday Night Transcribed by Wayne MacIntyre (waymac_007@yahoo.com) from John Fogerty's second solo album, “John Fogerty” 1975. I have arranged this in the key Fogerty uses on this album. It is in the key of D. later he records this song in C. Fogerty uses multitracking to achieve the drone. I the drone in this rendition. I do this by leaving the bottom E string open (1st It’s a good version offering a full bodied sound, especially when you are the only person the song! Drop both your E strings to D.
