This is a great song on Flogging Molly's new cd, 'Within a Mile of Home'. I really enjoy this song, and I wanted to learn how to play it. Most of this sounds right, but the bits in-between the chorus and the verses sound a bit off. I just played around until I got this, so I won't say it's 100%, but I'm pretty positive that the chorus, verse, and the bridge tabs are correct. If you can figure out the little in-between parts, please send me an e-mail so I can correct it: krustyb_7@yahoo.com. (Chorus)
DSail away where no bGall and chain Can Dkeep us from the roarin' Awaves DTogether uGndivided but fAorever we'll be frDee DSo sail away aboGard our rig The Dmoon is full and so are Awe DWe're seven drunken pGirates We're the Aseven deadly siDns

DSo the years rolled by and several died And left us somewhat reelAin' DJohnny strummed his Tommy gun Left blastin' through the cAeiling DSo what became of rebels
Who sang for you and me'
Grapplin' with their Gdemons In the sAearch for liberDty
DSufferers who suffer all Can swim upon the deAsert DWhere avarice has ravaged all In spite of good intAentions DDon't fill your mouth with gluttony
For pride will surely swell
But nothing's unforGgiven in the foAur corners of hDell (Chorus)
DEnvy and its evil twin Its crept in bed with slAander DIdiots they gave advice But sloth it gave no anAswer DAnger kills the human soul
With bitter tales of lust
While Pavlov's Dogs keep cGhewin' On the Alegs they never truDst

But it's the Fonly life we'll kCnow EmBlagards to the boCne
So don't wreck yourself
Take an hGonest grip For there's more tFales beyond the shoCre D
Ah the years rolled by and several died And left us somewhat reelin' In and out came crawlin' out And spewed upon the ceiling So what became of rebels That sang for you and me
DGrapplin' with their deGmons In the seAarch for liberDty
