For the verses look at the tabs - it's basically Dm all the way through the verses with your fourth finger on the 3rd fret of the D string every 3rd beat of 4 - this is then simulated by the bass through the 2nd verse so if you're playing it on your own just do the same for that 2nd verse - the other chords listed for the chorus were nonsense so I thought I would try and help out...
