This is my interpretation/version of the song and is what I hear. Since U-G doesn't always include the correct chord voicings, I have included all of them in this transcription. Please feel free to experiment with your own chord voicings. I have rated this one as intermediate, even though it uses a lot of open chords. It still has one barre chord and the ending has three jazz chords using standard fingerings.
