Transpose 0
Arguably Dave's lyrical content, I found an acoustic version of him doing this song with
Tim at Farm Aid in 2007 (http://www.youtube.com/watch'v=p6H09rW3ObU).
The thing to remember about this one is getting the 7/4 feel down.
Once you let that groove sink in (4+3), the song flows a lot better.

In the end, you can substitute a Bb chord for the Gm7 and it sounds just fine with all
the common tones.
The reason I put the Gm7 in (which I probably won't use) is because after looking at the
video closely,
this is what Dave plays (and it totally looks like he's flicking the audience off every time).
