Tim Sult rarely plays the album version of solos note-for-note live, so no point in transcribing it.
Just use D minor pentatonic, go wild on the wah-wah and maybe add an octaver to get a Tim Sultish sound.
Alternative way to play the intro:
Tim Sult plays it like above,
but I think open D string instead of fret 5 on the A string, is way more comfortable.
Use whatever works for you.
