An easier way to make a Bm : [xx4432] or... *All strings from the top* pointer finger: 2nd fret, 6th string middle finger: 3rd fret, 5th string ring finger: 4th fret, 3rd string pinky finger: 4th fret, 4th string **ring and pinky fingers are interchangeable** I hope this made it easier to learn!
