You basically do a walkdown for the bass. For the F chord play the 1 and the 5 (F note and C note), the you play the 1 and the 3 of the C chord (so the E and the C note) by moving your pinky down to the E not and leaving your thumb on the C. For the Dm chord you just play the simple 1 and 5 again (So D and A). For me, the bass is the hardest to find so that's why I went ahead and explained it for you! The right hand much easier to figure out on your own :)
