I play a couple of different chord voicings on this song depending on if I'm playing solo/acoustic or electric with a group/another guitarist. The first variation is with open position chords and the second is using partial barre chords. I think it sounds best with one guitar playing the open position chords and a 2nd guitar playing the barre chords and riffs. This is my interpretation of the song. YMMV Open position chord voicings: C - X|3|2|0|1|3 D - X|X|0|2|3|2* Em - 0|2|2|0|0|0 Am - X|0|2|2|1|0 B7 - X|2|1|2|0|2 G - 3|2|0|0|3|3 *When I play this on acoustic I use Dadd2add4/A - 5|X|4|0|3|0 instead of the Dmaj. I just like the sound of that chord in there for some reason. Also, I prefer to play the Em as a partial barre on the 7th fret as outlined in the "Alternate" section below instead of in the open position. This is how I play the intro/1st interlude. Alternately, you can play it using just the C and D chords, but on electric I like this sound better.
