The original is from LG97187. http://tabs.ultimate-guitar.com/b/blink_182/always_ver2_crd.htm should put a Capo on 4th if you're playing along with the studio version. Studio version is without Cadd9 in the verse, but I think it sounds good on acoustic with it.
