Tuning: Open D (DADF#AD) This is a finger picked song, so put down that pick. It's important that you properly mute the main riff (eg - starting at 0:11). It's easiest for me to focus on muting with my picking hand. It takes practice, it won't come right away. Also remember to use your slide muting techniques to isolate the right notes and cut down on extraneous noise while using the slide.
