These are just the basic chords really, I saw the other version and it needed adding to so here are the chords. Its probably NOT 100% correct but its an improvement. The rhythm for the chords is pretty easy and they're all bar chords but only playing the highest 3 or 4 strings on each chord. Chords Used:
