Andy Shauf - Youre out wasting

I'm basing this off of his "Rhapsody Stripped Down" acoustic version (found here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Uf0r15WQN-0). I think I mostly figured it out. He seemingly plays tuned down 1 1/2 steps (Db Gb B E Ab Db) and capos the 3rd fret but it's the exact same as STANDARD TUNING. Maybe so he doesn't have to reach so far down the neck? Maybe to give it deeper tone? No idea, but that's what he appears to do. Figure out the strumming patterns yourself but these are the chords he uses. Stay on the top 3-4 strings until the outro.
