Alright, I JUST submitted a set of chords for this that I did by ear that worked but weren't how Anais Mitchell plays it. Then i looked up a video and it turned out to be totally doable to figure out how she actually does it! Now you, too, can do it. Play it capo fifth fret to match the key on the album, although in the version I learned it from she played it at the fourth fret. The intro gets fingerpicked to this pattern:
