Bell's Harmonics by Alan Gogoll Tuning: EAC#EBE; This tuning is the same for nearly all of Alan Gogoll's songs. The following video by Gavin Davidson explains how to play Alan Gogoll's technique: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=F0zwSrNgif4 Tablature Explanation: In the tablature you will see "+X", which signifies a harmonic note being played, and where it is ("X"). The +4, +5, and +7 harmonic notes are all played using the left hand technique, and are all located exactly where the fourth, fifth, and seventh frets are. The +19 and +21 harmonic notes are all played with the right hand technique, however are located in different locations depending on your guitar and string type. In general the "+19" natural harmonic location will be about a few centimeters past the end of the fret-board. The "+21" natural harmonics location will be a litle bit further along, closer to the end of the string (most likely around the center of the sound box). It is best to mess around and find out exactly where your natural harmonics are before getting started with the song. For futher clarification, the +19 harmonics will sound very high pitched, and will sound exactly the same in pitch to the +7 harmonics; and, the +21 harmonics will sound exactly the same in pitch to the +5 harmonics.
